Welcome to 660 Grafix & Wraps. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

660 Grafix & Wraps provides vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, commercial vehicle branding, wall wraps, window graphics, signage, and related design, printing, and installation services.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and use our services only for lawful purposes. Misuse of our website or services is prohibited.

3. Payment and Scheduling

Quotes are estimates and are subject to change based on final project specifications.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required before design work begins or production time is reserved unless otherwise agreed to in writing. This retainer covers project planning, scheduling, administrative costs, and design services.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to vehicle or product release unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

4. Artwork & Design Ownership

All artwork, concepts, layouts, mockups, proofs, production files, vector artwork, print-ready files, and other creative materials created by 660 Grafix & Wraps remain the exclusive intellectual property of 660 Grafix & Wraps unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Payment of a retainer, design fee, or project deposit compensates 660 Grafix & Wraps for design services performed and does not transfer ownership, copyright, or licensing rights to the artwork.

Unless a separate Artwork Buyout Agreement has been executed and all applicable fees have been paid in full:

Design files, editable artwork, production files, and vector files will not be released.

Customers are purchasing the finished printed and installed product—not ownership of the underlying artwork.

Customers may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or have another company produce our proprietary artwork without the written authorization of 660 Grafix & Wraps.

Should a customer wish to obtain ownership of the artwork for production by another company, an Artwork Buyout may be available at the sole discretion of 660 Grafix & Wraps. Buyout pricing will be determined based on the complexity of the project, time invested, licensing restrictions, and the value of the intellectual property.

660 Grafix & Wraps also reserves the right to display completed designs, photographs, and installed projects in its portfolio, website, advertising, social media, and other promotional materials unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, videos, marketing materials, and written content, is the property of 660 Grafix & Wraps and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

6. Warranty and Liability

660 Grafix & Wraps offers a limited workmanship warranty as outlined in our current warranty policy. Warranty coverage applies only to installation workmanship and does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, vandalism, improper care, environmental damage, paint failure, or manufacturer material defects beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting to our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
